A Cesarean Section, commonly known as a C-Section, is a surgical procedure in which a baby is delivered through incisions made in the mother’s abdominal wall and uterus.
At KCJ Hospital & Maternity Centre, we understand that every pregnancy is unique, and sometimes circumstances arise that necessitate a surgical approach for childbirth to ensure the safety of mother & the child. The technique of cesarean section is such that the patient can move early, begin eating early, breastfeed the child and is discharged within 48 hrs of operation.
